How does our Government Work?
The government of the Quackers Kingdom operates under a Federal legislative semi-constitutional semi-dual monarchy, and blends Imperial German, Austro-Hungarian, and American Systems together. The Government has a Kaiser, Chancellor, main legislature, Treasury, and Archivist assembly.

Monarch
Main article: Monarchy of the Quackers Kingdom
The Monarch of the Quackers Kingdom is a successor from the House of Kingduck (Haus der Königente). The Monarch has significant role in governance and has the most power over the Kingdom. He can veto bills, declare war, dissolve parliamnet and make executive decisions. The Current Kaiser is Kaiser Wyatt.

Chancellor
The Quackish Chancellor is in charge of the Kingdom's lower chambre in legislation, holding two votes within the Reichstag, and leads the lower chamber in its voting process. The Chancellor is also an advisor to the Kaiser of the Kingdom, helping him in decision-making and leadership of the nation. The Chancellor is appointed hereditarily through the House of Abramburg.

Legislature
The Legislature of the Quackers Kingdom is split into a Bicameral Legislature, with an Upper and Lower Chamber. These chambers act as the Nation's Legislature and voice of the Quackish States and People.

Upper Chamber
The Upper Chamber of the Quackish Legislature is known as the Bundesrat. The Bundesrat is made up of the leading Monarch of Each Quackish state from the Quackish and Konoctian Regions. These Monarchs serve in the Bundesrat for life, voting on legislation, laws, and bills as well as representing the interests of their state's governments. Each Monarch in the Bundesrat has one Voting Power, and the Bundesrat itself is lead by the Kaiser, who has the voting power of two.

Lower Chamber
The Lower Chamber of the Quackish Legislature is known as the Reichstag. It is made up of elected members, two from each state who serve a fixed term of 3 years. The Reichstag much like the Bundesrat votes on legislation, laws, and bills as well as represents the interests of their state's population. Each Member in the Reichstag has one Voting Power, and the Reichstag itself is lead by the Chancellor, who has the voting power of two.

State Leaders
All states within the Quackers Kingdom are required to operate under some form of Monarchy. This regulation makes it so that each Quackish State has a monarch that is lesser and subject to the main Quackish throne. These Monarchs have the authority to dictate procedure within their own states, but must submit to federal law.

Judiciary
The Judicial branch of the Quackers Kingdom hosts the leading body of Judges within the nation, who make up the Quackish Supreme Court. Each Judge is appointed by the Monarch of each Konoctian and Quackish Regional states, as well as Representatives appointed by both the Kaiser and Chancellor. The Supreme Court is lead by the representative of the Imperial Kingdom of New Preußen. The Supreme Court is responsible for Judging over severe national felonies as well as reviewing any passed Quackish Bills, Laws, and Legislation by the Legislature, to make sure the documents are constitutional and follow the law. The Supreme Court is also reponsible for the creation of smaller regional, state, colonial, and territorial courts within the nation.

Treasury
The Treasury of the Quackers Kingdom manages all monetary interests within the nation. The treasury is in charge of printing eggsmarks, as well as distributing them. The Treasury controls all Government spending as well as the creation and management of taxes within the Kingdom. The Treasury is also in charge of ensuring the upholding of Ordoliberalist ideology and policy within the Quackers Kingdom.

Archivist Assembly
The Archivist Assembly is responsible for the storing of important QK documents, as well as historical artifacts. The Assembly stores anything from classified documents to bills to old artifacts that are to be used in the National Museum.

Propaganda Manager
The Propaganda Manager of the Quackers Kingdom oversees the production and distribution of propaganda within the Nation. The Propaganda manager can also make their own propaganda for the QK, and inspire the nation.
