The government of the Quackers Kingdom operates under a Federal parliamentary constitutional monarchy, and blends Imperial German and some American Systems together. The Government has a main legislature, Treasury, and Archivist assembly.

Monarch
The Monarch of the Quackers Kingdom is a successor from the House of Kingduck (Haus der Königente). The Monarch has significant role in governance and has the most power over the Kingdom. He can veto bills and make executive decisions. The Current Kaiser is Kaiser Heindrik.

Chancellor
The Quackish Chancellor is in charge of the Kingdom's legislature, holding two votes within the Reichstag, and leads the legislation in it's voting process. The Chancellor is also an advisor to the Kaiser of the Kingdom, helping him in decision-making and leadership of the nation. The Chancellor is directly appointed by the Kaiser.

Reichstag
The Reichstag of the Quackers Kingdom functions as a unicameral legislature, combining the roles of the executive, legislative, and judicial branches. It is made up of elected members who serve a fixed term of 3 years. The Reichstag is responsible for drafting, debating, and passing laws, scrutinizing the government, and ensuring that laws and policies align with the Constitution. Additionally, the Reichstag holds the Kaiser accountable.

Treasury
The Treasury of the Quackers Kingdom manages all monetary interests within the nation. The treasury is in charge of printing eggsmarks, as well as distributing them. The Treasury controls all Government spending as well as the creation and management of taxes within the Kingdom.

Archivist Assembly
The Archivist Assembly is responsible for the storing of important QK documents, as well as historical artifacts. The Assembly stores anything from classified documents to bills to old artifacts that are to be used in the National Museum.

Propaganda Manager
The Propaganda Manager of the Quackers Kingdom oversees the production, distribution, and what propaganda is accepted. The Propaganda manager can also make their own propaganda for the QK, and inspire the nation.
