The Quackish Constitution is the backbone of the Quackers Kingdom. It contains the general law of the nation, and takes inspiration from various historical and modern constitutions. The Bill of Rights is a secondary foundational document of the Quackers Kingdom, serving as the basis of the Righs of QK Citizens.

Constitutional History

The first constitution of the Quackers Kingdom was ratified in November of 2024. It was designed in a way where the Monarch was entirely repetitive and a Duck. This unique system notably had severe flaws, and the fact that the first Constitution was strung together with the help of Artificial Intelligence did not help its case. It was eventually retired in January of 2025 when Duckocracy was abolished in the Quackers Kingdom. This lead to the writing of the second Quackish Constitution, which was put together between 2025 and 2026. It was ratified in February 2026 and is still in effect to this day.
